Sailgio starts with public free access and a free Creator member plan, then unlocks larger workloads through Pro and VIP. Creator, Pro and VIP include monthly Vifies, while extra packs remain separate from the monthly allowance and follow their own validity rules.
Monthly rollover and pack rules differ by plan. On Pro and VIP, monthly Vifies are always consumed before packs. If packs are used, Sailgio consumes the pack that expires first. If a paid subscription stops, remaining Pro or VIP pack Vifies are frozen, but their expiration date keeps running.

How credits behave in real life
- Basic cost examples: 3 minutes video = 3 Vifies.
- Text example: 1200 characters = 2 Vifies. 3500 characters = 4 Vifies.
- Voice clone example: 12 minutes video with voice clone = 15 Vifies.
- Logo removal example: 12 minutes video with voice clone and logo removal = 17 Vifies.
- Uploaded media example: 1 uploaded media file job adds +1 Vify to the total cost.
- Creator pack logic: Creator extra packs are intentionally more expensive per Vify than Pro or VIP, so they fit occasional light usage without replacing paid subscriptions.
- Creator pack validity example: a Creator user buys 150 Vifies on April 1. Those Vifies remain available until May 1, then expire if unused.
- Pro monthly rollover example: if a Pro subscriber finishes the cycle with 40 unused monthly Vifies, the next cycle starts with 540 Vifies total. If 80 remain, only 50 roll over because the cap is 50.
- VIP monthly rollover example: if a VIP subscriber finishes the cycle with 220 unused monthly Vifies, the next cycle starts with 2220 Vifies total. If 500 remain, only 300 roll over because the cap is 300.
- Rollover validity: monthly rollover lasts for one cycle only, is not cumulative, and is consumed before the fresh monthly quota. If the subscription stops, rollover is lost.
- Pack validity example: a Pro pack bought today stays valid for 90 days from purchase. A VIP pack bought today stays valid for 6 months from purchase.
- Pack freeze example: a Pro subscriber buys a 600 Vify pack, uses 180, then cancels with 420 left. Those 420 Vifies are frozen immediately. If the user comes back before the pack expires, the remaining Vifies become usable again. If the pack expires during the freeze period, it is lost.
- Pack consumption example: if a user has 50 rollover Vifies, 500 fresh monthly Vifies, one pack with 120 Vifies expiring first, and another pack with 600 Vifies expiring later, Sailgio consumes 50 rollover first, then the monthly quota, and only then uses the 120-pack before touching the later pack.
- Separate pack lots: each purchased pack keeps its own expiration date. Packs are not merged into one anonymous balance so the user can clearly see what expires first.
- Plan upgrade example: Pro packs are not converted automatically when moving to VIP. On explicit request only, remaining non-expired Pro pack Vifies can be converted at 1 Pro Vify = 1.5 VIP Vifies. This conversion is irreversible.
- No reverse conversion: VIP pack Vifies cannot be converted back to Pro.
- Important idea: monthly included Vifies are designed for normal recurring usage. Extra packs are designed for temporary peaks, not to replace the subscription itself.
